GDPR Information Notice
Preamble
We thank you for the interest you show in jeulin.online. This platform provides, under the conditions defined below, digital resources intended for teachers and students of secondary education. The following general terms govern your registration and the use of the platform.
Definitions
The terms defined below shall have the following meaning between the Parties:
- User : any person who uses the Service; this term includes the two categories of users: teachers and students.
- jeulin.online : system accessible remotely at the address plateformeservice.dev2.jeulin.fr, gathering pedagogical and educational resources in digital form.
- Identifier : refers to the information required to identify a user on the platform. The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality, safekeeping and use of their identifier.
- Password : confidential code which the User must keep secret. Used together with the Identifier, it allows access to the platform. The User is solely responsible for the confidentiality, safekeeping and use of their password.
- Service : all the features offered on this platform and accessible at the address plateformeservice.dev2.jeulin.fr.
- Content : software, texts, images, logos, videos, sound files, photographs, data, information or any other element made available on the service.
- Client : any professional or natural person capable within the meaning of Articles 1123 and following of the Civil Code, or legal entity, who visits the Site subject to these general conditions.
- Customer information : hereinafter referred to as “Information(s)” corresponding to all personal data likely to be held by Jeulin for the management of your account, customer relationship management and for analysis and statistical purposes.
- Personal information : “Information that allows, in any form whatsoever, directly or indirectly, the identification of the natural persons to whom it applies” (Article 4 of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978).
The terms “personal data”, “data subject”, “processor” and “sensitive data” have the meaning defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679)
Personal data management
In order to respect the privacy of its Users, jeulin.online undertakes that the collection and processing of personal information carried out within this site comply with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended by the Law of August 6, 2005 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, known as the "Data Protection Act". The user is informed of the regulations concerning marketing communications, the law of June 21, 2014 for confidence in the Digital Economy as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).
jeulin.online may process all or part of the data:
- to allow navigation on the Site and the management and traceability of the services ordered by the user: connection and site usage data, invoicing, order history, etc.
- to prevent and combat computer fraud (spamming, hacking…): the password (hashed)
- to improve navigation on the Site: connection and usage data
- to conduct optional satisfaction surveys on jeulin.online: email address
- to conduct communication campaigns (mail): email address
jeulin.online does not sell your personal data, which are therefore only used when necessary or for statistical and analytical purposes.
In accordance with Article 34 of the "Data Protection Act" and current European regulations, Users of jeulin.online have the following rights:
- right of access (Article 15 GDPR) and rectification (Article 16 GDPR), updating and completion of Users' data; right to block or erase Users' personal data (Article 17 GDPR) when they are inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated, or when their collection, use, communication or storage is prohibited
- right to withdraw consent at any time (Article 13-2c GDPR)
- right to restrict the processing of Users' data (Article 18 GDPR)
- right to object to the processing of Users' data (Article 21 GDPR)
- right to the portability of data provided by Users when such data are subject to automated processing based on their consent or on a contract (Article 20 GDPR)
- right to define the fate of Users' data after their death and to choose to whom &1 must communicate (or not) their data to a third party previously designated

It is specified that no commercial use will be made of email addresses. However, jeulin.online reserves the right to use email addresses to inform users of functional developments and usage updates of jeulin.online.
It is the User's responsibility to inform jeulin.online of any change of email address via the account management tool available on the platform.
Requests for deletion of Personal Data will be subject to the obligations imposed on jeulin.online by law, particularly regarding the retention or archiving of documents. Finally, Users of jeulin.online may file a complaint with supervisory authorities, particularly the CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes).
Limitation of liability
jeulin.online undertakes to implement all necessary means to guarantee the security and confidentiality of transmitted data. The User is informed that one or more cookies, containing no personal information, may be placed on their disk in order to ensure identification and the proper functioning of the online service.
The User acknowledges being aware of the limitations and constraints inherent to the Internet network and recognizes the impossibility of a total guarantee of data transmission security. jeulin.online cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from the transmission of any information, including their identifier and/or password, via the Service.
jeulin.online cannot under any circumstances, within the limits of applicable law, be held liable for damages and/or harm, direct or indirect, material or immaterial, or of any nature whatsoever, resulting from the unavailability of the Service or any use of the Service. The term "Use" must be understood broadly, meaning any use of the platform whatsoever, lawful or unlawful.
The User undertakes, in general, to comply with all regulations in force in France.
jeulin.online is not responsible for the content of documents stored on the platform when they are made available by the Teacher-User.
