Article 1 - Purpose
These Terms of Use set out the terms and conditions under which jeulin.online provides its services, as well as the rights and obligations of users. The site is published by jeulin.online. Any use of the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use.

The site offers features relying on third-party artificial intelligence services (digital assistant, worksheet generator, quiz generator), based in particular on OpenAI's ChatGPT model. By using these features, the user acknowledges and agrees that:

- the content they submit (questions, instructions, documents) is transmitted to this third-party provider for processing and response generation purposes;
- generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors and must be verified before any educational use or distribution;
- they undertake not to submit sensitive, confidential or third-party personal data through these features;
jeulin.online cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the site, a service interruption, or the use of third-party content accessible from the site. The user remains solely responsible for their use of the services.
Article 9 - Termination and suspension of the account
jeulin.online reserves the right to suspend or delete, without prior notice, any user account that fails to comply with these Terms of Use. The user may request the deletion of their account at any time by contacting support.
Article 10 - Changes to the Terms of Use
jeulin.online reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial changes. Continued use of the site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Article 11 - Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the matter will be brought exclusively before the competent French courts.
